This offering is ideal for those who will be experiencing a session for the very first time and want to ease into it. It's also great for individuals who receive energy sessions on a regular basis and are seeking maintenance.  

With the support of the energy modalities of Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) and tuning forks or crystal bowls, the goal is to gently reduce or clear energetic patterns associated with past experiences and replace them with empowering and uplifting energies. The session can be tailored to your specific intentions and healing needs, or you may simply choose to receive whatever comes through for you.  

If you feel you need deeper work, a longer session such as 90 minutes or 2 hours is recommended. Pay here.

This option is recommended if it has been a while since your last energy session, or if it's your first and you want to jump right in! You will be invited to relax on the Reiki table with soothing, high vibrational music playing, and the relaxing aroma of Certified Pure Tested Grade® essential oils, if you so choose. I will combine the energies of Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®,  Frequency Forks (tuning forks) or Crystal Singing Bowls as I am guided. During your session, I will share messages, images and guidance that I may receive specifically for you.

If you would you like to experience more time and go deeper with one of the modalities (such as with the frequency forks) or more time with the crystal bowls, then I recommend the 2 hour session. Pay here.

This is the "top banana" of services offered! Indulge in "spiritual selfishness" with a 2 hour experience of the energy modalities that best support your intention, allowing the session to unfold in perfect alignment with your highest good. Recommended for those who are involved with something traumatic that needs releasing, or if you just want to treat yourself to a lavish session with "all the things"! Pay here
 

90 min.

Similar to the 90 min session but enjoying it with someone near and dear to your heart such as a friend or family member. You'll both experience this fully clothed and relaxing session simultaneously. Pay here.

This modality is just like a regular Reiki session, but with crystals that we will muscle-test to insure that they match your energy. You will then lie down on the Reiki table with the crystals on your 7 main chakras for 10 minutes. The energy from the crystals will emanate through your chakras, opening and preparing them for the Reiki session that will follow. Includes a set of 7 Reiki-infused chakra crystals and a 1oz bottle of Chakra Balancing Spray to take home with you. Pay here.

Start here if you're ready to grab the reigns and be the B.O.S.S. (Balanced, Open, Sensible and Strong) of your health! Together, we will create a customized plan that includes essential oil blends to target the physical and emotional areas you need help with. This will be a deep dive through assessments and conversation so that we can build an easy but effective regimen that will support your emotional well-being.
