Cancellation Policy

 Services

Payment is expected online and in full to book​ a service. If you cannot pay online and need another option, please contact me to make another arrangement. 

If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule online or contact me to change your appointment. If you are a “no show” for your appointment, I will allow you a credit and to reschedule one time.

Should I need to cancel your appointment or reschedule an event due to extreme weather or a personal or family emergency, you have the choice of a full refund or to reschedule.

(workshops, sound baths, women’s circles, etc.)

If you are a "no show," you forfeit any deposit or payment made in full. However, I may choose to issue a credit towards another event or reimburse you in case of an unexpected personal or family emergency you are facing. Please contact to discuss.

​For events where I collaborate with another practitioner, no credit or reimbursement will be issued for a “no show.” You may contact to discuss.

Please note: if a refund is to be issued and you paid for a service or event online, I will hold back 3% of the refunded amount. This is because the credit card processing companies do not refund fees to me when I refund payments to you. I may opt to refund you the full amount in the case of any personal emergency you are facing.
