Cancellation Policy

 Services

Payment is expected online and in full to book​ a service, unless alternative arrangements have been made. If you cannot pay online and need another option, please contact me.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel either online or through email or phone at least 24 hours in advance. If you are a “no show” for your appointment, I will allow you a credit and to reschedule one time.

If you cannot cancel via the online method, please email/call/text: restoringthroughnature@gmail.com or 207-233-7096.

Should I need to cancel your appointment or reschedule an event due to extreme weather or a personal or family emergency, you have the choice of a full refund or to reschedule.

(workshops, sound baths, women’s circles, etc.)

If you are a "no show," you forfeit any deposit or payment made in full. If Elle cancels an event with no plans to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.

If an event has a minimum requirement of attendees in order for it to run and that is not met, you will receive credit for the next event or a full refund if you're not able to attend.
