Cancellation Policy
Services:
Payment is expected at time of booking, whether it is a deposit for a service or the full amount. The "purchase" or registration button will take you to the payment page where you will be notified what that amount is;
Payments for services are not refundable (unless cancelled by Elle) but the credit may be applied to another service or a gathering, class or workshop one time only;
If you cannot keep your appointment for a service, please give 24 hours notice. One makeup appointment will be accepted;
The cancellation policy also applies to those who have energy sessions online.
Events:
Payments for services, gatherings, sound baths, classes and workshops are not refundable (unless cancelled by Elle) but may be applied to a service or another gathering, class or workshop one time only;
For classes/gatherings/sound baths that have a snow date that you're unable to attend you may either get a credit for the next gathering/class/sound bath, put the fee toward a private session, or receive a refund.
Paying a Balance:
If not paid in full prior to the day of your appointment or event, you will be expected to pay the balance on the day via cash, credit/debit card, or Venmo. Your space cannot be guaranteed if payment is not received online. Please reach out if you are unable to pay online and we will discuss another option in order to save your spot.
