Payment is expected at time of booking, whether that is a deposit for a service or the full amount for a gathering, class or workshop. The "purchase" or registration button will take you to the payment page where you will be notified what that amount is;
Payments for services, gatherings, classes and workshops are not refundable (unless cancelled by Elle) but may be applied to another service, gathering, class or workshop one time only;
If you cannot keep your appointment for a service, please give 24 hours notice; one makeup appointment will be accepted;
For classes/gatherings that have a snow date that you're unable to attend you may either get a credit for the next gathering/class, put the fee toward a private session, or receive a refund.
Paying a Balance
If not paid in full prior to the day of your appointment or event, you will be expected to pay the balance on the day via cash, credit/debit card, or Venmo.
