Energy Healing: Reiki

Reiki is "universal life energy" that flows through all living things. Guiding this energy through you may help accelerate the natural healing processes of the body. This is done through light touch on the seven major energy centers of the body (Chakras), or with the hands held just slightly above the body.


Restoring Through Nature offers a 1 hr Reiki session in person or online, a 1 hour Reiki session for 2 people simultaneously, Reiki Crystal Healing for 75 min and Reiki Sound Bath Combo for 90 min.

Energy Healing: Reiki Crystal Healing (in person only)

This modality is just like a regular Reiki session, but with a little extra: we will muscle-test the crystals to insure that they match your energy. You will then lie down on the Reiki table with the crystals on your 7 main chakras for 5-10 minutes. The energy from the crystals will emanate through your chakras, opening and preparing them for the regular Reiki session that will follow for 45-50 minutes. Please allow a total of 1 hr and 15 min for this session. Includes a set of 7 Reiki-infused chakra crystals to take home with you.

What You May Feel After a Session:

 You may feel the effects of the session for up to several days following. During this time you may feel energized, focused, tired, unsettled, or somehow have a sense of being in transition. Be sure to rest, drink extra water, and be kind to yourself, especially over the next 48 hours. Listen to what your body is telling you and take time to reflect on any experiences or insights that arise.
