Reiki Crystal Healing (75 min.)

First, I will muscle-test crystals to match your energy which are then placed on the 7 main energy centers (Chakras) for 5-10 minutes. Next, you will have your Reiki session.

What You May Feel After a Session:
You may feel the effects of the session for up to several days following the session. During this time you may feel energized, focused, tired, unsettled, or somehow have a sense of being in transition. Be sure to rest, drink extra water, and be kind to yourself, especially over the next 48 hours. Listen to what your body is telling you and take time to reflect on any experiences or insights that arise.
