Elissa “Elle” Nauman is the founder and owner of Restoring Through Nature, LLC. Elle is a certified Essential Oils Coach, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner (tuning forks and crystal singing bowls) and is also certified in the energy modalities of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) and Usui Reiki. Additionally, she is the creator and facilitator of Soul Sister Circle - Maine, where she brings women in the community together for deep emotional healing through meditation, soul-searching, and socialization.
