Hi! I am Elissa, or "Elle," and I  am excited to work with you to guide you to take back your power over your health! We will work together for you to achieve your physical, emotional, and spiritual health goals through the support of energy work such as Reiki or IET®, through the vibrational power of tuning forks and Australian crystal singing bowls, and other modalities.

I began my journey to taking back the power over my health more than 30 years ago when I realized that our healthcare system had become a routine of barely seeing the doctor and being handed a prescription for medication whether it was needed or not. I knew there had to exist a way for me to not only be in control of my health but to teach others how to do the same. I began to read a lot about what "health" really meant and I explored alternative methods, and still used the western medicine healthcare system when needed. My various experiences led me to create The "B.O.S.S. Method" that will guide you to take back your power over your health by being Balanced, Open, Sensible and STRONG!

I hope you will join my crusade (of sorts!) and allow me to help guide you on your journey to achieving the health you desire...YOUR WAY! 

What are my credentials? Well, I have a M.S. in Counseling Psychology which enables me to listen well, ask questions and analyze and I am a certified Essential Oils Coach who will teach you to use aromatherapy to support specific health goals for your physical and emotional wellness. To support your spiritual health, I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner (tuning forks and crystal singing bowls), am certified in the energy modalities of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) and Usui Reiki, Level 2, and also weave in elements of Shamanic Energy Healing, Additionally, I am the creator and facilitator of Soul Sister Circle - Maine, where I bring women in the community together for deep emotional healing through the integration of the above-mentioned modalities.
