The first full appointment (45 min - 1 hr) after the free initial consultation. We will review your intake form, as discussed during the consultation, and create an in-depth plan to support your health goals, using different modalities such as Reiki, essential oils, and/or Chakra Therapy (energy balancing). Essential Oils, Reiki, and Chakra Therapy are add-ons.
