Generational Scan & Reiki Crystal Healing
Generational trauma is a hidden emotional wound that flows from one generation to the next. Its effects can be seen in individuals and whole families and the cycle of inherited trauma often repeats itself.
This special session can clear the hidden trauma that's dragging you down and affecting your health and well being. A brief explanation will be given prior to the start of the scan, and any questions you have can be answered at that time. Total time is 30 minutes.
Reiki Crystal Healing is a special type of Reiki that uses the energy in crystals to open and balance your 7 chakras (energy centers). This session begins with chakra-appropriate crystals being placed on your body on the 7 energy centers, and you will lie on the massage table for 5 minutes, allowing the crystals to assist with the distribution of energy through your chakras. The crystals are then placed on the floor under the table for the hands-on Reiki portion of the session. Total time is 30 minutes.
